We recognize that each year low income families struggle to provide the basic school supplies and uniforms their children need to have a successful school year. Without these resources, children lack the confidence and the ability to succeed because they are not equipped to learn. Fifty students from various Miami Gardens elementary were accompanied by the Miami Gardens Police Dept and our volunteers to purchase the supplies and/or uniforms needed for school.
Your assistance helped us to lift the financial burden for needy families in our community. We are grateful for your role in positively jump starting the school year for students in need by building a bridge of Hope within our community.
